Searching for Job ads on VetStaffer.com is free for Job Seekers. Job Seekers acknowledge that Job Listings are created and provided by third parties and VetStaffer.com has no control over the content of these ads. VetStaffer.com does not review or screen job listings and VetStaffer.com assumes no responsibility for the content of job listings or screening or interviews from Employers.

Job listings are considered advertisements and as such are paid to VetStaffer.com.

 

Resumes and Recommended Jobs

Job Seekers understand that uploading or filling out an online resume and creating a public profile, they are requesting and authorizing VetStaffer.com to display your resume to Employers. VetStaffer.com assumes no responsibility or liability for the content of any of the information a Job Seeker submits. The Job Seeker is responsible for all of the content for their resume including the accuracy of any submitted information.

 

Applying to Jobs Through VetStaffer.com

Job Seekers acknowledge that by uploading a resume or filling out online forms, you are authorizing Employers to reach out to you through the information you provided. VetStaffer.com cannot guarantee the Job Seeker employment, interviews, or contact from an Employer. Job Seeker’s private information will be handled securely via the Privacy Policy on this site. If you are not comfortable with how we handle information, do not use this site.

By utilizing VetStaffer.com, the Job Seeker acknowledges VetStaffer.com has no control over the application, interviews, or screening methods by Employers. Additionally, VetStaffer.com does not guarantee the validity of a job offer. Job Seekers should take steps to ensure job offers are valid before terminating current employment.

 

Information Provided to Job Seekers through VetStaffer.com

Job Listings through VetStaffer.com may provide certain categories of information to users for informational purposes only—including salary ranges and locations.

Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver

You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any action or litigation in any way arising out of or related to your use of the Site or these terms of service, if you are located in the United States. You also agree not to sue as a class action plaintiff in any lawsuit involving VetStaffer.com.

Terms of Service for Employers

The following terms and conditions apply to all Employers and other users who access or use the Site as intended for individuals and/or organizations seeking to make available information regarding employment openings, on their behalf or other’s behalf, including but not limited to agencies purchasing for multiple parties, or otherwise indicate their acceptance to this Agreement. For purposes of this Section B of the VetStaffer.com General Terms of Service, all references to “you” or “your” shall mean you, the individual or organization accessing this Site in your capacity as an Employer.

 

Employer Accounts

When you create VetStaffer.com Employer account, and/or post job listings advertising employment opportunities on the Site you agree that this Agreement, the terms associated with any Indeed service you are using, and all of VetStaffer.com’s policies, including the Site’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, apply to you.

 

Employer Services

Employers agree that jobs and content, including interview questions, are your responsibility. VetStaffer.com is not responsible for the legality of your job listings. As an Employer, you agree to list jobs that are valid.

In addition, VetStaffer.com is not a staffing agency or job placement agency. VetStaffer.com does not guarantee a qualified candidate will be provided through the system.

 

Screening Tools

By using any VetStaffer.com screening process, you agree that VetStaffer.com has no responsibility or liability for your screening questions or interview questions. You agree that the Employer is solely responsible for qualifying and selecting candidates. In addition, the Employer acknowledges that you are responsible for offering alternative methods of screening if so required by the Americans with Disabilities Act or any other equivalent state act. VetStaffer.com does not warrant that the method of delivery of these questions would be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act or any equivalent state act. You agree to indemnify Indeed for any and all claims arising out of your use of a Screening Tool, including any claims that any screening tool does not comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act or that such Screening Tool results in a “disparate impact”.

 

Company Profile

To post a job listing, the Employer agrees to set up a post a Company Profile. The Employer acknowledges and understands that VetStaffer.com will publicly display content from the Company Profile. VetStaffer.com is not responsible for any of the content displayed on Company Profiles.
